A useful first step
Before you contact
Tory Burch
For a conversation with Tory Burch, a little preparation can save a second explanation. For a delivery issue, note the latest tracking event before writing. A source date records the evidence review, not a successful call.
- 01
Wait for the seller’s return instructions before posting an item.
- 02
Describe the item issue and the outcome you want in separate sentences.
- 03
Check whether a marketplace seller or the named brand fulfilled the order.
